During our stay, we driving on an evening to Gwithian (St. Ives Bay, Cornwall). A village at the coast, with the purpose to photography Godrevy lighthouse.
After our stay in Dorset we drive to Cornwall to our next bungelow park. Unfortunately, we could check-in after 15:00 hour, so we need a temporary activity. I have search and found a beautiful photo location: Golitha Falls.
This photo from Portland Bill is the last one of our visit at Dorset. From this year… 😉 Next: Cornwall!
Arrived at Portland Bill Lighthouse, I choose a nice spot to make a good composition for my photo of this beautiful, rugged coastline. What a location!
During this second evening, I shoot this photo. I place this one as first, because I like this one the most. A delicious serene photo with a long shutter time (105 seconds). I used a LEE Big Stopper and a LEE ND Hard Grad 0.6 filter. The conditions were perfect!
For many years I have a short list of places to visit as a photographer. Durdle Door was on top of that list. The time fly away. But the day that I will visit Durdle Door was finally there. So, a few weeks back we make a trip to Dorset and Cornwall.
